Goods must be ordered and received by a person of legal age in that country/those countries.
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We offer FREE DELIVERY in Ireland on orders over €55! Orders under this amount incur a shipping fee of €4.50. All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when the item is dispatched.

You will be notified once your order is dispatched with the next working day delivery in Ireland, on orders placed before 11 am.

We acknowledge that there may be a delay in delivery with a small number of orders and we apologize and appreciate your patience if this is the case.

We will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues that arise. Any item(s) that are undelivered by our courier must be received back in order to qualify for a refund.

Please print, fill out and enclose this with the item you are returning and arrange delivery to the following address; X-Lite Beverages Ltd, Unit 3, Westport Homecare Centre, Drumindoo, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland. F26KR97.

Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will issue a full refund to the account that was used to make the original order.

We recommend the use of registered postage methods as we will not be in a position to offer a refund on items that we do not receive.

Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order.

Orders must be returned in the same condition you received them in.

Whilst we do include the original delivery fee in these refunds, we do not include the delivery fee charged for returning the item unless they are faulty.
